Riyada, SEZAD Launch “Riyada Deal” Initiative to Connect SMEs with Investors in Duqm

Duqm: The Small and Medium Enterprises Development Authority (Riyada), represented by its department in Al Wusta Governorate, in cooperation with the Special Economic Zone at Duqm (SEZAD), organized today the “Riyada Deal” initiative aimed at empowering entrepreneurs and startup owners to present their projects and products to potential investors and business partners.

The initiative seeks to enhance investment opportunities for SMEs, support entrepreneurship, and create channels of communication between project owners and investors in Duqm.

The event attracted around 38 participants, including entrepreneurs, startup owners, investors, and representatives of public and private sector institutions.

During the event, six project presentations were delivered to investors and business leaders in Al Wusta Governorate. Several participating entities expressed interest in exploring opportunities for cooperation and assessing the feasibility of implementing the proposed projects.

The initiative forms part of efforts to support the SME sector, encourage innovation, and strengthen the business environment in Al Wusta Governorate by linking entrepreneurs with potential investment and partnership opportunities.

The event was attended by Qais Mohammed Al Yousef, Chairman of the Public Authority for Special Economic Zones and Free Zones (OPAZ).
