Royal Oman Police thanks citizen, residents for cooperating the lockdown

Muscat: The Royal Oman Police continues to implement the decision of the Supreme Committee in charge of examining the mechanism of dealing with developments resulting from the spread of the Coronavirus (Covid 19) related to preventing movement from 9 pm until 5 am in the morning until August 15, 2020.

The Royal Oman police thanked the citizens and residents for their cooperation and commitment to take preventive measures to limit the spread of the Corona virus during the Eid Al-Adha holiday period, and to abide by the decision to prevent movement in the evening period, and the decision to close the Sultanate’s governorates through the control and control points established by the Royal Oman Police in cooperation with the Sultan’s Armed Forces.

The Royal Oman Police imposed more supervision during the Eid Al-Adha holiday to prevent gatherings, as part of the efforts made to limit the spread of the Coronavirus.

The Royal Oman Police affirmed that it will continue its role in dealing with all events and maintain security and safety in all parts of the Sultanate, and take the most preventive measures to contribute to controlling the spread of the virus through deploying security and traffic patrols and monitoring public places with the support of police aviation, as well as monitoring the community members For the concept of isolation and social distancing.
