Muscat: “Study in Oman” campaign launched by the Ministry of Higher Education, Scientific Research and Innovation launches campaign to attract international students through Expo 2020 Dubai

In a statement Oman news agency said: The Ministry of Higher Education, Scientific Research and Innovation launches campaign to attract international students through Expo 2020 Dubai, which aims to introduce visitors to higher education institutions in Oman.

Laila bint Khamis Al-Shaqsiya, Director of the Department of Educational Services at the General Directorate of Private Universities and Colleges of the Ministry of Higher Education, Scientific Research and Innovation, chairperson of the committee supervising the ministry’s participation in Expo 2020 Dubai, indicates that the ministry’s participation is represented in a special corner within the Omani pavilion.

The ministry’s participation includes holding the “Week of Science and Knowledge”, a symposium for Omani youth innovating, an exhibition of Omani products, and a frankincense store.

In a statement to the Oman News Agency, she added that the ministry launched a special website for the “Study in Oman” campaign, including a special slogan for the campaign, which includes the establishment of a number of programs and activities.

“Coordination with the organisers of the Oman Youth Ship’s voyage is in process, to bring in the participation of a number of higher education students on the ship’s voyage will set off from Muscat to Dubai,” said Laila Al Sahqsi
