Four Killed in Russian Missile and Drone Attack on Kyiv

Kyiv: Four people were killed and dozens injured in a Russian attack targeting the Ukrainian capital, Kyiv.

The Mayor of Kyiv said that two people were killed in the capital and dozens sustained injuries, while the regional governor confirmed the deaths of two other individuals.

Kyiv was subjected to an intense attack involving missiles and drones, with explosions heard across the city after the Ukrainian Air Force warned of a possible Oreshnik missile launch.

Meanwhile, the Russian Ministry of Defence announced that its air defence systems intercepted and destroyed at least 3,897 Ukrainian drones over Russian territory during the past week.
