    • Under-23 Olympics: Oman loses to Jordan in Asian Cup Qualifiers

    Amman: Oman’s Olympic football team lost to its counterpart, the Jordanian national team, with 1-0 goal at Prince Mohammed Stadium in the city of Zarqa in Jordan, in the matches of the second round of the first group competitions in the qualifiers for the Asian Cup in Qatar 2024.

    The match began with extreme caution from both teams, and play was limited to the middle of the field. It witnessed strong clashes, and our Olympic team made an emergency substitution with the exit of Mulham Al-Sunaidi and the entry of Omar Al-Salti in the 35th minute.
