Volkswagen Oman hosts media meet-and-greet with test drive of all-new dynamic SUV Tiguan

Muscat: Volkswagen Oman, represented by Premium Motors, recently hosted an exclusive media meet-and-greet at their showroom, where journalists had the opportunity to test drive the all-new Volkswagen Tiguan, now available in Oman. The test drive took participants on a scenic route to the St. Regis Al Mouj Muscat Resort, allowing them to experience firsthand the highly regarded SUV’s cutting-edge features, advanced technology, and refined design.

The all-new Volkswagen Tiguan is built on the Modular Transverse Matrix (MQB evo) platform, which allows for seamless integration of advanced technologies. Key features include the sleek Digital Cockpit Pro, which provides access to essential information and digital services through an intuitive operating system. Front seat pneumatic massage functions, IQ.LIGHT HD Hatrix headlights, and Adaptive Chassis Control Pro enhance both driver comfort and safety. The vehicle also includes Park Assist, simplifying parking in tight spaces.

From the outside, the all-new Tiguan boasts a completely reimagined design with flat LED headlights, an illuminated front strip, and a redesigned grille, lending it a sleek, modern appearance. At the rear, a horizontal light bar and new wheel designs improve both aesthetics and aerodynamics. The vehicle is available in three striking colors—Cypress Green, Oyster Silver, and Persimmon Red.

Stepping into Inside, the Tiguan offers a premium experience with a next-generation Cockpit and Infotainment System. A 15-inch Infotainment Screen, redesigned menu structure, and high-quality materials give the interior a sophisticated feel. The Digital Cockpit Pro and Head-Up Display project key information directly onto the windshield, while the new Touch Control Dial allows for easy customization of ambient lighting, temperature, and drive modes.
