    Khazaen Food City Attracts New Investment in Food Industries Sector

    Sohar:  Khazaen Economic City signed an agreement today with Sohar Food and Beverage to expand its food and beverage factory project through additional investments valued at RO 2 million.

    The expansion reflects the continued growth of industrial and food investments in Khazaen Economic City and supports its position as an integrated hub for food industries.

    The project expansion includes adding a new area estimated at 10,000 square metres, increasing the total project area to 25,000 square metres.

    Following the expansion, the total investment value of the project will reach RO 10 million.

    Eng. Salim Sulaiman Al Duhli, CEO of Khazaen Economic City, said the food and beverage factory project is among the investments operating within the Food City in Khazaen Economic City.

    He explained that the project specialises in food and beverage production and contributes to supporting national industries, strengthening food security and enhancing supply chain efficiency and food manufacturing capabilities in the Sultanate of Oman.

    He added that the Food City in Khazaen continues attracting quality projects in the food industries sector through providing an integrated investment environment and advanced infrastructure that supports local and regional investments.
