First Phase of Al Rawdah SEZ to Be Developed Under OPAZ–Madha Partnership
Muscat: Within the Framework of an Omani-Emirati Partnership, OPAZ has signed a cooperation agreement with Madha Development Company to develop and operate the first phase of the Al Rawdah Special Economic Zone, located in the Wilayat of Madha.
Madha Development Company is a joint Omani Emirati venture, duly registered in the Sultanate of Oman. It is represented by DP World, which serves as the investment for regional operations.
Under this agreement, DP World, through Madha Development Company, will undertake the development and operation of the initial phase of the zone, covering an area of 14 square kilometers.
