HM’s Visit to UAE Reflects Fraternal Bonds: Omani FM

Muscat: Sayyid Badr bin Hamad Al Busaidi, Foreign Minister stressed that the historic visit of His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik to the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and his meeting with Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, UAE President reflect the depth of the advanced ties binding the two countries and enrich the virtues of neighbourliness, firm ties and lasting amity between the two countries’ peoples.

He told (ONA): “This visit consolidates the foundations of fraternal relations, strengthens them politically, security-wise, culturally and socially, and develops them towards more promising partnership in many and varied economic and scientific fields. It affirms the common will to work together to build a future characterized by further progress and prosperity for the two countries, their peoples, and for the region at large”.

The minister added, “We will work, with our brethren in the United Arab Emirates, to implement the directives of the leaderships of the two countries, in a manner that enhances various aspects and fields of this strategic partnership”.
