Muttrah: The “Muttrah Development” team discussed the latest developments and set the work plan for the coming period, ideas and proposals, and what has been accomplished with regard to rainwater and valleys in the wilayat.
The improvements and reforms that were agreed upon for Muttrah Souq were also discussed and followed up, which include the market ceiling and rest houses of a traditional and heritage nature.
During the meeting chaired by His Excellency Al-Mundhir bin Ahmed Al-Marhoon, Governor of Muttrah, a proposal for new parking lots was presented to reduce traffic congestion and revive the market, which embodies the ancient history of the wilayat.
