Oman participates in 3rd Antalya Diplomacy Forum

Antalya: The Sultanate of Oman, represented by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, participated today in the work of the third session of the Antalya Diplomatic Forum entitled “Strengthening Diplomacy in Times of Crises” under the patronage of His Excellency Recep Tayyip Erdogan, President of the Republic of Turkey.

The delegation of the Sultanate of Oman was represented in the session by His Excellency Sheikh Abdulaziz bin Abdullah Al Hinai, Ambassador at Large at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

This year’s session of the Antalya Forum aims to formulate new diplomatic mechanisms to overcome the current global and regional turmoil related to ongoing wars and conflicts, especially the brutal Israeli aggression against the Palestinian people in Gaza, the phenomenon of terrorism, irregular migration, Islamophobia, the dangers of artificial intelligence, climate change, natural disasters, and epidemics. 22 heads of state and government, 80 ministerial figures, including 66 foreign ministers, and many representatives of governments, international organizations, and businessmen are participating in the forum.
