Dr. Mansour bin Sultan Al Touqi, Chairman of the Omani Paralympic Committee, said the results reflect the progress of disability sports in Oman and highlighted the importance of continued participation in international events.
He noted that several athletes were classified for the first time, enhancing their chances of competing in upcoming events, including the Asian Paralympic Games scheduled in Japan next October.
The team participated with nine athletes under the supervision of a technical staff led by coach Sami Al-Ruzili.
