SRK calls Salman Khan ‘GOAT’ in a latest fan’s tweet

Doha: As Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan’s latest movie Pathaan makes history at the box office, As per figures shared by SRK’s manager Pooja Dadlani, the film has made Rs 313 crore gross worldwide. the legend himself went on Twitter to interact with his fans on social media.

In an #AskSRK session, “the actor, known for his witty and humble responses, called Bollywood superstar Salman Khan ‘GOAT’ (Greatest Of All Time)”.

When a fan tweeted Shah rukh khan wondering if his movie will be able to compete with Salman Khan’s Tiger revenue-wise, the actor replied, “Salman bhai is…woh kya kehte hain aaj kal…young log…haan….GOAT [Greatest Of All Time] #Pathaan(sic).” The actor’s reply can be roughly translated to “Salman is… what you youngsters call… GOAT.”

During the 15-minute session, “the actor answered several questions with some of them being about Salman Khan and John Abraham (who plays Jim, the movie’s main villain)”.

A netizen had tweeted that he went to the theatre as a Salman Khan fan, but was converted to SRK fandom after watching #Pathaan. King Khan replied to the new fan saying “I am also a fan of  Tiger…just place me alongside him in your heart.”

The action-spy movie marks #SRK’s return to the silver screen after 4 years. Salman Khan appears in an extended cameo as his character from the Tiger movies, which are also a part of the new shared universe that the YRF production house has set up. The franchise also includes War, which like Tiger and #Pathaan, was also directed by Siddharth Anand.
