    Muscat: The Royal Oman Police (ROP) has arrested two people for stealing electrical wires from several the under construction houses in the Wilayat of Saham.

    In a statement ROP said: North Al Batinah Governorate Police Command arrested two people for stealing electrical wires from several houses under construction in the Wilayat of Saham, and legal procedures are being completed against them.
